Adjacent to the Indian marble garden, on the grounds of the resplendent Kurá Hulanda complex, the Astrolab Observatory Restaurant is so named for the world-class collection of astrolabes (scientific instruments) on display nearby. Serving contemporary gourmet cuisine both indoors and alfresco, Astrolab specialties include fresh fish, lobster and beef dishes. A sumptuous wine cellar features a delectable range of white and red wines, champagnes and more.
